WHO WE ARE
Ishaque & Sons Associates (ISA) is a proudly local enterprise based in Nokkundi, Balochistan, with deep roots in the nearby village of Mashki Cha — one of the closest communities to the Reko Diq Project site. Our story began in the late 1990s during the early survey phases of the Reko Diq mining project. Our ancestors offered shelter and support to exploration teams, laying the foundation for a relationship built on trust and service. Today, ISA stands as a bridge between tradition and progress — delivering high-impact services in logistics, civil works, accommodation, and general supplies, while upholding the values of hospitality, resilience, and community.
Late Sardar Muhammad Ishaque Muhammadzai
OUR FOUNDER
Late Sardar Muhammad Ishaque Muhammadzai was a humble, down-to-earth individual and a visionary leader.
Born in Mashki Cha, he earned his Master’s in Political Science from the University of Balochistan and was among the first locals to serve in the early days of the Reko Diq Project.
He founded ISA in 2017 with the goal of empowering his community while supporting national progress. His values of trust, service, and unity still guide everything we do.

Mr. Ghulam Qadir Muhammadzai

After the untimely passing of his elder brother, Mr. Ghulam Qadir Muhammadzai stepped in to lead ISA with a deep sense of purpose and responsibility.
A graduate in English Literature, he blends academic vision with practical field experience. With strong roots in the community of Mashki Cha, he continues to lead ISA in delivering operational excellence while staying committed to local upliftment.
Under his leadership, ISA remains focused on building trust, offering quality services, and contributing to national development through Reko Diq and beyond.

As part of this commitment, we recently organized employee appreciation ceremonies in Nokkundi, Quetta, and Karachi, celebrating the dedication and hard work of our team.
These events were followed by lavish dinners to honor the contributions of our staff across all locations. It was a moment to express our gratitude and reinforce the values that make TEAM ISA a united and motivated workforce.
Pakistan Minerals Investment Forum 2025 – We Were There
ISA proudly participated in the Pakistan Minerals Investment Forum 2025, held in Islamabad – the country’s largest mineral investment event. The forum was attended by the Prime Minister of Pakistan, the Chief of Army Staff, senior government officials, and global mining giants, including Barrick Mining Corporation. Ishaque & Sons Associates was represented by Mr. Malik Nasir, showcasing our commitment to playing an active role in Pakistan’s mineral development future.
