Where Vision Meets Execution

REKO DIQ REHABILITATION PHASE

Reko Diq, located in Chagai, Balochistan, is one of the world’s largest undeveloped copper and gold mining projects. It is being developed by Barrick Gold Corporation in partnership with the Government of Pakistan, aiming to transform the country’s industrial future and boost the local economy.

ISA, a local company based in Mashki Cha, proudly became one of the first to support the project’s revival. When Barrick resumed operations in 2022, the site was buried under debris. ISA led the full rehabilitation effort, restoring infrastructure and bringing the camp back to life.

Additionally, ISA provided round-the-clock operational support — including manpower and logistics — ensuring continuity despite environmental challenges. They also engaged with Anjuman-e-Tajaran Nokkundi to involve local vendors, helping circulate economic benefits within the community.

DURBAN CHA RO PLANT

ISA successfully installed a fully operational Reverse Osmosis (RO) water plant in Durban Cha, following a purchase order from Reko Diq Mining Company (RDMC). The area previously faced a severe lack of access to clean drinking water, making the project critical for the local community.

The scope of work included thorough cleaning of the existing well, construction of reinforced concrete pads, and installation of all essential mechanical and electrical systems. This initiative not only improved water accessibility but also contributed to the well-being of the region’s residents.

PREMIUM MESS & ACCOMMODATION HUB – REKO DIQ

ISA is developing a premium mess and accommodation hub at the Reko Diq site to host RDMC engineers, officers, and senior professionals. Designed with comfort and functionality in mind, the facility features a fully furnished dining hall, modular sleeping units, proper ventilation, and attached bathrooms.

Built to meet international standards while respecting local conditions, this project ensures high-quality living and dining spaces to support long-term operations at Reko Diq.

COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER – NOKKUNDI

ISA is spearheading the construction of a Community Health Center in Nokkundi as part of RDMC’s social commitment initiative. The facility aims to provide essential primary healthcare services to underserved residents in the region.

Built with sustainable and durable methods, the center will be equipped to handle both emergency cases and outpatient needs — improving health access for remote communities.

SPORTS GROUND & COMMUNITY FACILITIES – NOKKUNDI

As part of RDMC’s CSR initiative, ISA was entrusted with designing and constructing sports and recreational facilities in Nokkundi. The project aims to promote a healthy lifestyle and foster community engagement by providing accessible spaces for local youth to play, gather, and grow.
